As your birth doula, I hold space for you from the moment we meet…the space that welcomes you with open arms anytime, day or night- the space that holds the commitment to our passion for your pregnancy journey, leading up to the female’s rite of passage into motherhood. I work with you to manifest the birth you want and deserve! I believe in the innate power women hold to birth our babies and the importance of welcoming them into the world as gently as possible. I take pride in becoming close with my moms as an extension of all the wise birthing women who came before us. We are perfectly made. We hold the space between two worlds, the womb and the lives outside we call our own. Each mama and baby leaves a symbolic birth mark on me that I carry with me forever.

 
 
 

birth doula

  • 2 prenatal visits - dependent on when we start in your pregnancy - these visits are tailored to your needs with options to cover everything from exercise to nutrition, relaxation practice to labor rehearsals, labor positions, fear cleansing, the goodies in my doula bag and more!

  • 1 postpartum visit

  • 24/7 text and call support for questions and concerns

  • On- call for your birth from 37 weeks on

  • access to my lending library

sibling doula

  • May include everything in the birth doula option with an added emphasis on getting to know your children and how you prefer they be cared for during your labor. this allows the option to switch out with your partner if needed and help care for you if your children are sleeping.

  • a sibling doula can do things like bake a birthday cake and make a card for the baby, answer birth specific questions in the way you prefer and have them present or not present as you wish. most importantly, this provides peace of mind knowing that your children are well loved and cared for so you can focus on bringing your newest addition earth side.
